The Moore School’s Center for Business Communication is hosting a competition for their Student Writing Award with cash prizes and the chance to advance to the national Association for Business Communication Student Competition.

Students interested in entering the competition can learn about the contest case scenario and requirements by visiting businesscommunication.org/student-writing-contest.

The Center for Business Communication recommends participating students visit the center for a consultation to finalize their message before submitting to the competition. Students’ final drafts need to be emailed to Bethany Tisdale by April 10.

Center for Business Communication consultants will select the best entries and award the following prizes:

• 1^st place: $150 cash prize. The winning entry will be forwarded to the Association for Business Communication Student Competition. If the paper is selected at the national level, the Center for Business Communication will provide travel assistance to the San Diego, California, international conference in October 2020.
• 2^nd place: $100 cash prize
• 3^rd place: $75 cash prize
