The Moore School offers an undergraduate degree in human resources, a master's degree in HR and a Ph.D. concentration in organizational behavior and human resources within the Ph.D. in Business Administration.
The B.S. in human resources includes 61 hours of management coursework and requires 122 hours of coursework total for the degree. Students selecting human resources as a major are also required to take 15 hours of human resources-specific coursework.
The 45-credit Master of Human Resources can be completed in a year and a half, including the required six credit-hour internship, with an optional study abroad trip.
