Recruiting at the Moore School

All employers should have an account on the Handshake recruiting platform. Once you have an account, you can post jobs/internships, search for candidates, create and join events, and set up interviews. Our step-by-step Handshake guide can be found here.
We encourage employers to have an event at the Moore School if they have a job posted. This will boost the number and quality of candidates who will apply for your position. Events can be anything from a table display where you can chat with students informally to a trivia night where you can meet students and build your brand. The Handshake platform is used to post jobs and set up interviews. We offer multiple interview rooms in our building. We strongly encourage employers to post jobs and/or make interview requests at least two weeks in advance. This allows students to apply for positions and for employers to have a presence at the Moore School while they have jobs posted. You can view a sample interview timeline in our Handshake guide.
