Spring 2021 Business EXPO:  February 23

Hosted virtually by CareerEco

What to Do/Expect as an Employer

Registration is a two-step process.
  1. Be sure you're registered in Handshake, UofSC's job board and recruiting system. If you are new to Handshake, it takes approximately 72 hours to get approved. For more information, you can see our  Handshake FAQ page.
  2. Pay for your virtual booth at the February 23 fair.  If you haven't paid, your table is not reserved.

If you do not complete the first step, students will not be able to see what positions you have available. If you do not complete the second step, you will not have a virtual booth. To get the first time SC employer discount, or if you have any questions, please contact Dawn Marshá at 803-777-5042 or

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all recruiting events at the University of South Carolina will be held virtually.

For an optimal employer and student experience, the Moore School has chosen to host their event on CareerEco.

You must visit Handshake to enter available positions. For all postings, there is an approval process which takes 24-72 hours. We strongly encourage you to post well in advance of the event to give students time to research the positions.

You can view our Handshake FAQ page if you are new to the system.

Once you have paid for your virtual booth at the February 23 fair, CareerEco representatives will reach out and help guide you through the process. It is simple a simple process and should be quite easy for employers.

On the day of the event, you will have the opportunity to meet with thousands of business students.

Interviews will be held virtually this semester. To schedule you interview, enter your interview request in Handshake and select "Rooms Only" as type. You can also view the UofSC Career Center's interviewing guide for more help.

No — this event is exclusively for business majors.  Students who are business minors are welcome to attend the Fall 2020 UofSC Career and Internship Virtual Fair: Corporate Careers and Beyond, hosted by the UofSC Central Career Center or one of the other career fairs hosted by the UofSC Career Center.
