Meet A Future Scholar
Rebekah Vandersloot
I am a junior at the University of South Carolina studying human resource management,
with a minor in Spanish. I intend to further my education by earning a masters degree
after I graduate.
I interned at Magna Drive Automotive (Summer 2022) in the HR department where I gained
a lot of experience by conducting interviews, fine-tuning orientation methods, and
overall learning the ins and outs of HR as it relates to manufacturing.
More recently, interned with temp agency Hire Dynamics (Winter 2022) to further my
experience.
In the future, I hope to have opportunities to experience HR in other settings and
to expand my skill set and professionalism within HR.
