The Management Department is home to globally recognized thought leaders who explore new ways to effectively manage people and organizations. Management faculty identify how organizations can more effectively attract, develop and retain talent to drive business performance, innovation, inclusion and entrepreneurial activity.
The management themes faculty explore include trust, interpersonal and intragroup cooperation, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, business and professional communication, how to form and lead teams, workplace diversity, negotiations, compensation, performance management, leadership development and cross-cultural issues.
