Types of MACC Events
An accelerated, one-day admissions event. Applicants interview in the morning, and receive an admission and financial award decision in the afternoon. This event is when we award our largest fellowships. Registration is required. Learn more about Decision in a Day.
This is your opportunity to talk to us one-on-one and get your specific questions answered. We’ll review your application materials, give you feedback and walk you around our new business school if you are in the area. Available on-campus, over the phone or virtually.
Email us at macc@moore.sc.edu to get on our calendar.
We host online webinars and Q&A sessions to help you not only get the information about our program you need, but make sure all of your questions are answered.
Inside MACC: Overview (Non-USC Students)
Join us for a virtual overview of the Master of Accountancy (MACC) program at the University of South Carolina. The MACC program is more than just an accounting degree: it’s a highly customizable program designed to hone students’ ability to analyze information, identify problems and provide value-added solutions — all while gaining the confidence and communication skills needed to stand out in the accounting field.
You will hear program specifics regarding curriculum, the admission process, integration of the CPA exam, career placement and the MACC student experience. All sessions are EST.
This is a general program overview. We will not discuss USC-specific undergraduate programs like Accelerated. USC students should attend the Accelerated sessions.

Inside MACC: Accelerated Sessions (USC Undergraduates Only)
Join us for a virtual overview of the B.S./Master of Accountancy Accelerated Program at the University of South Carolina. The Accelerated Program allows USC-Columbia students to complete graduate courses as they complete their undergraduate degree. This reduces the time and cost required to complete both degrees.
The MACC program is more than just an accounting degree: it’s a highly customizable program designed to hone students’ ability to analyze information, identify problems and provide value-added solutions — all while gaining the confidence and communication skills needed to stand out in the accounting field.
These sessions are for current USC undergraduate students ONLY, as most items covered will not apply to students attending other college or universities.
