When asked about who most impacted him at the Moore School, Master of International Business (MIB) alumnus Carlos Cueto couldn’t choose just one person because there were so many.

“Everyone became an important part of my professional development,” he said. “Fellow classmates, professors and MIB staff were phenomenal throughout my time at the Moore School.”

Carlos is thankful for these connections and the perspectives he was able to gain throughout his interactions in the MIB program.

“It’s incredibly valuable to have a transnational mindset and not be limited by barriers that might limit other business leaders,” he said.

Carlos chose the Moore School’s MIB program because “the curriculum interconnected a strong foundation of economics, politics and culture that would develop the skillset I needed to lead across borders.” As a senior analyst in Customer Technology Marketing Strategy for UPS, Carlos hopes to continue growing in this capacity and helping others “to embrace the nature of change and challenges of unpredictability.”

“As my career progresses, I hope to serve as a mentor for the younger generation of UPSers,” he said. “I encourage them and everyone in the MIB program to leverage every chance they get to network as it’s fundamental to success.”
