Background
Hae Kang Lee is an assistant professor of finance at the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business. He received his Ph.D. in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business, M.S. in financial mathematics and B.A.S. in economics and mathematics from Stanford University. Prior to academia, he worked as an emerging market structurer at Credit Suisse, assistant manager in corporate strategy at Joongang Group, software researcher at TmaxSoft for military service, and quantitative analysis and trading analyst at Citigroup. His research interest includes insurance, asset pricing, household finance and health financial economics
