When they look to you for guidance, they’re looking up.

Professional mentors are invaluable to CreateAthon@USC. Volunteers come from the local professional community and include alumni from far and wide. The young creatives need guidance in channeling their creativity and ideas to deliver great work under intense pressure and strict deadlines. Mentors are assigned to creative teams that range from 6 to 12 talented students. The students and mentors work together to build top-notch creative marketing campaigns that the nonprofits deserve but could otherwise not afford.

This year CreateAthon@USC is going big!

We are teaming up with Trio Solutions Inc., a full-service marketing communications agency founded in 2001 and headquartered in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, who will join us in the J-School. Trio has built its reputation on delivering bold, creative campaigns that not only exceed client expectations but also give back to the community. We’re thrilled to partner with a team whose passion for creativity and community impact aligns so closely with our own mission.

CreateAthon@USC would not be such a success without the support that mentors provide to the students. The experience is exhausting, but incredibly fun and rewarding.
