The USC community — faculty, staff, students and alumni— is invited to join students in casting their ballots for the best Super Bowl commercial Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020.

The Class

One hundred students and faculty in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications gather in the school’s state-of-the-art multimedia room for Cocky's Super Ad Poll to watch the game and critique the lineup of Super Bowl commercials. They evaluate commercials on likability, persuasiveness and brand identity.

Bonnie Drewniany

Distinguished Professor Emerita Bonnie Drewniany, who has studied Super Bowl advertising for more than 20 years, teaches the Super Bowl of Advertising course. The course includes the annual Ad Poll and the Cocky Awards.
