Responsibilities
Randy Heath serves as the primary academic advisor to general track and school library track MLIS students as well as students in the new master's program in data and communication. Additionally he is the internship and independent study coordinator for all MLIS students and coordinates graduation and placement activities for iSchool student services.

Personal
Heath served as the project co-lead of Richland Library’s Let’s Talk Race team, which received national recognition for its efforts. He is also a trained facilitator, trainer, advisor, and local and national speaker. Randy credits his amazing family for their unwavering support and love. He credits his professional development to his amazing support system of mentors and advisors.
Heath is a husband, father of four amazing kids and a sweet dog. He loves spending time with family and friends, cooking on the grill, volunteers as a youth basketball coach, and enjoys an occasional milkshake.
