Ralph Dinko has a decade long experience working as a public relations officer at the Ghana Maritime Authority where he handled media relations and protocol duties.

His expertise in strategic communication is complemented by some published articles and features in leading national and industry-specific publications, including The Business and Financial Times, Daily Graphic, and The Shipping Review.

Dinko’s academic research focuses on the intersection of political communication, artificial intelligence, and media effects. He is interested in how political strategists leverage AI and algorithms to disseminate political messages.
