The University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business will host a talk about Vladimir Putin and the future of Europe: the new hybrid war featuring Mitchell Orenstein on Oct. 28 from 4:30-6 p.m. in Moore School room 123.
Orenstein is professor and chair of Russian and East European Studies at the University of Pennsylvania and senior fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. He has written numerous books and journals regarding the comparative political economy and international relations. Orenstein will discuss his 2019 book The Lands In Between: Russia vs. the West and the New Politics of Hybrid War during his visit.
