Background
Mark McMullen has more than 30 years experience in marketing and advertising, having worked at many leading national and international agencies including Leo Burnett Company, The Integer Group, and Ansira. He served as executive vice president and part of the management team at Integer and Ansira. McMullen is the former president of Catapult, a holding company of specialized marketing services firms. He currently is senior vice president of membership and marketing at the Knights of Columbus.
Teaching
McMullen teaches marketing and business classes. His teaching style is interactive, utilising case histories and sharing his real-life experiences to illustrate how classroom learning concepts play out in the real world. He is also an adjunct faculty at the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism, where several years ago he was named Adjunct Faculty of the Year — as voted upon by students. He has taught previously at Strayer University, DeVry and Colorado Technical University.
Research
McMullen's research interests include marketing strategy development, marketing audience segmentation and political advertising.
Publications
McMullen is the author of the book Strategies for Selling More Effectively. He is currently writing a marketing textbook: Integrated Marketing in a Modern World.

Personal
McMullen has been fortunate enough to travel around the world. He and his wife have five children who live in the Atlanta area.
