Juvenile Justice Hearings Benchbook

The Juvenile Justice Hearings Benchbook is an electronic resource guide designed primarily for family court judges, but it can also be used by other family court practitioners to assist with clarifying legal requirements and expectations of all parties. It provides general information on state and federal law, court proceedings, court order requirements, and "Best Legal Practices."
The Benchbook is intended to be as user-friendly and easy to navigate as possible. It is divided into eight sections which contain information in a condensed form for readability that can be expanded for a more detailed explanation.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
