Stephen Scoff is the Juvenile Justice Project Manager for the Children’s Law Center’s Juvenile Justice Team. He supervises the Center’s juvenile justice projects and provides training, data analysis, and technical assistance to juvenile justice professionals. Prior to joining the Children’s Law Center, he served as Coordinator of Special Needs Case Management with the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice and as a Clinical Social Worker with William S. Hall Psychiatric Institute. Stephen holds an M.S.W. from the University of South Carolina College of Social Work and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina.
