Background

McKenzie Osborne teaches Legal Research, Analysis & Writing I and II for first-year law students.

Prior to joining the faculty, Ms. Osborne practiced law in New York City, as an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and later Feuerstein Kulick LLP. Her practice primarily focused on debt finance, including secured term loans, note offerings, and acquisition financings, for both lenders and borrowers. As an associate at Feuerstein Kulick, Ms. Osborne focused on counseling funds and emerging company clients in the cannabis industry.

Ms. Osborne received her B.S. in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She earned a J.D. and LL.M. with a concentration in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law.
