Background

Jessica Hill serves as the Senior Child Welfare Trainer for the Children’s Law Center. She oversees the mandated reporter training team and provides training to professionals who are statutorily required to report child abuse and neglect. Jessica Hill also works with the child welfare training team in developing and delivering training curriculum. Her career has been devoted to working with children and families involved with the child welfare system. Prior to working with the CLC, she was a training specialist and family case manager with the Indiana Department of Social Services. Jessica Hill has also served as a court liaison for Beaufort, Jasper, Orangeburg, and Calhoun counties. She earned her M.A. in Education and B.S. in Psychology from Ball State University.
