Background

Cassandra A. Hensley serves as the Court Liaison for Berkeley, Calhoun, and Dorchester counties.  She assists the family court by tracking and expediting the legal processing of child protection and termination of parental rights (TPR) cases. She is responsible for reviewing case files, preparing information sheets for the court, and assisting in resolving issues to prevent delayed hearings. Prior to joining the Children’s Law Center, she served as Multi-Disciplinary Team Coordinator and Victim Advocate for Dorchester Children’s Center, and Foster Care Case Manager for Berkeley County DSS.  She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Lander University.
