David Carducci teaches Legal Research, Analysis & Writing I and II for first-year law students.

Prior to joining the faculty, Prof. Carducci practiced law in Atlanta, Georgia, as a litigation associate at Hall Booth Smith LLP. His practice primarily focused on defending clients in premises liability and transportation actions in both Georgia state and federal courts. Before entering private practice, Prof. Carducci served as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In that role he recommended to the Court disposition of over 100 appeals in both civil and criminal cases. Prof. Carducci has also worked at the Georgia Court of Appeals in the chambers of Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller. Prior to attending law school, Prof. Carducci was a music industry professional in Los Angeles for more than a decade.  

Prof. Carducci received his B.A. in History from Michigan State University. He earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the GSU Law Review. He is a member of the Georgia Bar and admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
