USC Experience Extended Transcript

The USC Experience extended transcript is an official document that supplements the academic transcript to provide a more comprehensive record of a student’s learning experiences at the University of South Carolina. Student experiences reported here are validated by the university and records are maintained on behalf of USC students. Student self-reported experiences are not included.

Students can access their My USC Experience records and manage their USC Experience extended transcript at my.sc.edu.

For Students 

Official copies of My USC Experience transcripts are ordered through the the University Registrar's transcript ordering process in Self-Service Carolina. Unofficial, watermarked copies of My USC Experience transcripts can be downloaded via the My USC Experience records portal at my.sc.edu.

Before placing an order for an official USC Experience transcript, be sure that you have created a transcript via the My USC Experience records portal.  Student can choose which engagements appear on their transcript; follow these instructions [.pdf] to choose which engagements are included and to create your transcript.  If you need assistance or have any questions, email us at USCExperience@sc.edu.  

You must create at least one transcript in the My USC Experience records portal prior to submitting an order for distribution of the transcript.  If you have created multiple versions of the transcript, be sure you have indicated – before you place the order – which version you wish to order.

Once you have created your transcript and are ready to place your order, follow these instructions [.pdf] to order a transcript.
