Partnership allows high schoolers at international school to earn college credit For the first time in its history, the University of South Carolina will allow high school students at an international school in Asia to earn credit toward a degree. This summer, the university's Board of Trustees approved a memorandum of understanding between the College of Education and Singapore American School (SAS) which outlines the partnership.
