The Certificate of Graduate Study in Higher Education Leadership is offered as part of a partnership between USC’s Community College Leadership Alliance (CCLA) and the South Carolina Technical College System (SCTCS).

The certificate is available to students sponsored by a South Carolina Technical College. The Certificate program equips technical college professionals throughout South Carolina with advanced knowledge and competencies in higher education leadership and provides valuable networking opportunities. The Certificate requires completion of six graduate courses aimed at advanced learning specifically relevant to professionals in two-year colleges.
