Services

Gamecock iHub also offers in-house product repair and services of personal Apple computers for USC students, alumni and employees. The services are provided by Apple-authorized service technicians from the university's Division of Information Technology. At this time, the Gamecock iHub service team is not able to repair or service iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads.

Experiential Learning

University of South Carolina students can gain hands-on experience with the world’s largest and most valuable consumer brand through part-time job opportunities and structured, semester-long internships. Gamecock iHub is operated by University of South Carolina students, under the leadership of faculty and staff members from the university’s Department of Retailing. It is the first Apple Authorized Campus Store in the region and only the second in the nation to incorporate a classroom component into its business model.
