- Support in building relationships with partner organizations/institutions
- Serving as a resource in case of an emergency
Staff member participants will accompany the faculty leader(s) and students on all program-related events as scheduled on the itinerary & assistant faculty member(s) to manage the trip.
Requirements
- Must be employed in HRSM for at least 12 months
- Must be in good standing
- Must be full-time employee for HRSM
- Have not been SIPD recipient in the last 3 years
Post-return Assessment
At the end of the experience, you will be required to submit program feedback listing the program's strengths, weaknesses and opportunities (due within two weeks after return) to Christina Sayers at csayers@mailbox.sc.edu. In addition, let us know what you have learned from this experience and what have you gained professionally that otherwise you would not be able.
