Faculty Incentive

Faculty who register 10 or more students for the full conference will receive a complimentary full conference registration. Please contact Conference Manager, Kim Boone, at kboone@sc.edu / 803-777-6720 for registration.

Mail-in, Hand Delivery or FAX Registration

To register by mail, hand delivery or fax, please fill out the mail in registration form {need instructions for where to get mail-in registration form} and submit it to:

Individuals who register by mail, hand delivery or fax will receive a confirmation email once the registration form has been processed. Only check payments will be accepted for this type of registration. 

On-site Registration 

Limited on-site registration will be available and both check or credit card payment will be accepted on site. Please note that access to meal functions might be limited for those who wait to register on site. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. All cancellations, substitutions, and switching of registrations (including switching from full conference to single day or switching between single registered days) must be received in writing.
    The following are acceptable formats:

  2. Written cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Oct. 29, 2022, will receive a full refund less a $30 administrative fee.
  3. Cancellations after Nov. 11, 2022, will not receive a refund.
  4. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. 

Attire

Attire for the conference sessions and Opening Reception is business casual. Attire for the Awards Banquet is professional.
