What drew you to the field of medicine?

I have always been fascinated by the detective-like aspect of medicine, of analyzing patient data to help patients recover quickly. I’ve also had a close connection to my physician since I was young, and the idea of creating the same meaningful relationships with my own patients as a physician means a lot to me.

What are your future plans?

First, I would like to perform well during the rest of my undergraduate years and at the School of Medicine in Columbia. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a specialist physician or surgeon in the future!
