Background
Morgan Maxwell serves as Legislative Resource Attorney to the Joint Citizens and Legislative Committee on Children. Morgan graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law with a concentration in Children’s Law. Prior to attending law school, Morgan received her Master’s in Social Work and worked as a social worker in the child welfare field and with Children’s Law Center of California.
