Kappa Delta Pi

Kappa Delta Pi is the international honor society in education at the University of South Carolina. Kappa Delta Pi aims to advance quality education by inspiring teachers to prepare all learners for future challenges.

Kappa Delta Pi aims to provide a community for students pursuing education by providing opportunities in community service, professional development, sharing teacher resources, hearing from guest speakers, and more. 

 

Membership

To join Kappa Delta Pi , you will need to meet the following requirements:

  •  An expressed interest in pursuing education
  • Having first-term sophomore standing
  • 12 credit hours in progress of education coursework
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

You can remain a member in good standing by paying local dues, and earning points by being involved. 

 

Meetings and Activities

Meetings for Kappa Delta Pi are currently bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. All meetings are currently being held via Zoom. We would love to see you there! For more information or questions, reach out to one of our executive officers by email.
