Clerkship Curriculum

From learning about the basic sciences in the classroom as an undergraduate medical student, to obtaining hands-on clinical experience in the field with one of our many local and regional partners, our students medical education prepares them for residency and beyond.

MIII & MIV Curriculum

During your final two years, you'll get hands-on training in clinical clerkships in family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, psychiatry and surgery. We offer two robust campuses and locations for students to complete their clerkship training. Due to the number of spots, most medical students complete their core clinical training at Columbia-area affiliated hospitals, while up to 20 students per class complete clinical training at the Florence Regional Campus.
