Why you chose to pursue your degree within the ASPH: I chose a BA of public health at the ASPH because of the unique applications of public health. There are so many ways to help communities live balanced and healthy lives, physically, mentally, and socially. The ASPH helps me satisfy my love of people, while getting an education through a variety of classes. This academic journey has been so helpful in helping me pursue my career goals and I cannot wait to see where it takes me next!

Advice for future students: My advice to future students is to try everything. You are capable of more than you know, so don’t be afraid to push your limits. It can be scary on a large campus full of strangers, but the only way to make it less intimidating is to turn those strangers into friends. So put yourself out there, say yes to something random, and get out of your comfort zone!
