The BRIC Index can be used to compare places to one another, to determine the specific drivers of resilience for counties, and to monitor improvements in resilience over time. Presently, county-level BRIC is available at two time-periods, 2010 and 2015 for the continental U.S., with 2015 also including Alaska and Hawaii.
