About Me: Hi, my name is Sierra! After studying Animal Sciences and Spanish at Penn State University, I started my career working with service and guide dogs, training them to assist with mobility and visually impaired persons as well as veterans. I then spent time working as a K9 Security Officer at JFK Airport, handling dogs searching for drugs and explosives. I later became certified as a professional dog trainer and behavioral specialist, and started my own business around NYC. Some other fun facts about me include that I spent a year living abroad in Thailand teaching English; I spent 6 months hiking the entire Appalachian Trail; I love hiking, skiing, biking, and kayaking. My current favorite book is a sci-fi adventure called "Project Hail Mary" by Andy Weir. I play guitar, mandolin, and fiddle, and I love to play Overwatch competitively!
