Special Collections Policies
Use of the collections is restricted to those conducting serious scholarly research. USC ID or other photo ID required. Materials do not circulate. Access will be denied for items too fragile to use.

- Items requested for audio duplication, photocopying or other reproduction must be screened by a Music Librarian, both for physical condition and for possible copyright restrictions. Photocopies can only be made by a Music Library staff member. Audio, digital and photographic reproductions are for personal research only and are not to be placed in another repository without prior written permission from the Music Library.
