Business Analytics
The Darla Moore School of Business is leading the way in business analytics education by ensuring that all students graduate data-proficient, analytically capable and functionally grounded, with the hard and soft skills needed to engage in high-value, 21st-century work. In addition to an undergraduate concentration, the Moore School offers a master's degree and a graduate certificate in business analytics.
What to Expect
Undergraduates have the option of adding a business analytics concentration to their functional major, which allows them to combine a core business foundation with an understanding of advanced analytical techniques to better prepare them for future careers.
The Moore School also offers a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics. Both programs are STEM-designated and train students to become data-savvy managers through the application of science, technology, engineering and mathematics skills to business applications. These skills allow students to help companies optimize their performance by reducing risks and making data-driven decisions that ultimately lead to greater success.
The Master of Science in Business Analytics is a flexible, one-year program that provides students with an in-depth understanding of business analytics and how data can be translated into actionable insights for companies and organizations. The 12-credit Business Analytics Graduate Certificate is intended to complement existing Moore School graduate programs with critical skills related to business analytics that can be applied to any field or industry.
Undergraduate Concentration
The program is open to all currently enrolled Moore School undergraduate students. No separate application is needed to apply for the business analytics concentration, and they will the concentration to your profile. Email undergrad@moore.sc.edu with questions.

Graduate Programs
The Moore School also offers a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics, the latter of which is designed to complement graduate programs by providing critical skills related to business analytics. Requirements for admission are the same as those for the Moore School MBA program.
