Our campus wellness program has something for everyone. Stay in tip-top condition with weightlifting, personal training and group exercise classes. Play pick-up games of basketball, volleyball or ping pong. Swim laps or cool off for an afternoon in one of our three campus pools.

Expand your fitness horizon with local or regional outdoor adventures, fun activities like laser tag and relaxing outdoor yoga classes at the Healthy Carolina Farmers Market or on one of our outdoor fields. A fit mind and body are a fantastic foundation for your education.
