Alicia Lamarche (Ph.D, 2020, advisor Dr. Matthew Ballard) and Keller VandeBogert (Ph.D, 2021, advisors Drs. Matthew Ballard and Andrew Kustin) are the first two alumni of the UofSC graduate math program to be awarded an NSF Postdoctoral Research Fellowship. Dr. Lamarche is currently a Visiting Professor at the University of Utah, and Dr. VandeBogert is a Kenna Visiting Professor at the University of Notre Dame. Full story
