Resources

This page has been developed to provide the many resources available to you as a College of Nursing employee. Know a great resource that should be included or has one of the listed resources changed? Tell us here at CON Comments and Kudos or CON Facilities.

Office Supplies

We keep all the basics on hand. Please let your respective administrative coordinator know if you need paper, pens, folders, notepads, batteries, binders, toner, post-its or similar frequently used items.

Special Requests office supplies such as Rolodex, Dymo label maker, USC/CON letterhead, USC/CON folders, USC/CON envelopes, and business cards can be ordered as needed. Special Orders may require department funding and account number.

IT Resources

Please visit our IT resources page to find pertinent information related to using our systems, software and obtaining support. To submit a Service Now IT Ticket, click here.

Phone/ Voicemail

Each full-time faculty and staff member is assigned a telephone and number in their office. These phones can be upgraded with Voice Mail. Long distance is standard on all phone installations. International calling can also be added if necessary. Please do not use directory assistance (411) from your university phone. This charges the college an unnecessary fee. Please submit a ServiceNow Request if you need assistance.

Communications

The university's brand strategy does more than inspire the look, feel and tone of communications. It is the foundation of USC's identity. Please visit our communications resource page or email Nicole Meares to learn more.
