IT Security Awareness

Security Awareness Training helps employees understand the importance of cybersecurity and teaches them how to identify potential threats and respond appropriately. It also provides employees with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize, report, and prevent security incidents.  The CON has obligations, regulations and guidelines to abide by, some of which are IT security awareness training.

CON IT must provide and document completion of IT Security Awareness training annually.  We provide the following Security Essentials presentation as well as the attestation of completion form to satisfy our requirement as well as strengthen our understanding as a college of IT security.

HIPAA Training
