Work Fulltime and Earn a Degree

“I returned to school to further my career, I have always wanted to practice in the provider role. I received my BSN from USC and had great experience, I loved it so much I decided to come back. Go Gamecocks! I have been able to work full-time while attending school part-time and appropriately balance both. I am thankful for the support I have received from faculty and my colleagues and leaders at work."
Saraann Fagan, ‘16 BSN, DNP student

Top Ranking

"I liked the fact that USC is ranked the #1 online graduate nursing program for public universities by U.S. News and World Report. I feel confident in my choice of school.”
Clare Chiarolanza, 17 BSN, MSN student

Career Opportunities

"With the experience from my clinicals and the reputation of USC, I received a job offer from my top choice: Shock Trauma at University of Maryland in Baltimore. Dr. Dievendorf's billing lectures still chime in the back of head while practicing."
- Katie Lidard, ‘18 MSN

Local or Long Distance

"When I started in the MSN NA program, I was not sure what to expect. I lived on the opposite coast, was not terribly familiar with the College nor did I know anyone who had previously attended. But I was pleasantly surprised every step of the way. Despite the distance, there was a true sense of community due to the excellent faculty and wonderful classmates. The program was run so efficiently, and every member of the faculty and staff embraced us as adult learners. It felt like being part of a team where everyone worked together to help us succeed in the program."
- Allison Williams, '19 MSN

Honing in on Practice Passions

"My certificate has given me the ability to transform the focus of my practice.  It has given me the tools necessary to address complex health issues from a mental-health perspective. Through obtaining the certificate, I have been empowered to create a practice that aligns with my values and my clinical interests."
- Meredith D'Agostino, ’12 DNP, ‘17 Certificate of Graduate Study, Advanced Practice Nursing
