We provide a wide range of services and technical expertise in support of the college. Our mission is to provide the technical resources needed to supplement and compliment University Technology Services in order to achieve the goals of the college in a timely and efficient manner.

Request Support

To request support with IT related issues, please submit a ticket through the ServiceNow Portal.

The ServiceNow helpdesk system allows department technical support staff to properly prioritize requests for support and is the best way to ensure that your problem is resolved. Please be sure to include as much information as possible.

By submitting your request through the portal, your ticket will automatically be routed to the proper assignment group.
