Jennifer Faulkner graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2015 where she studied public relations and received her BA in Journalism and Mass Communications. Jennifer joins the SCHC from Beginnings SC, a nonprofit serving deaf and hard of hearing families in South Carolina. She handled their event planning, communications, fundraising and referrals for 3.5 years. She previously worked as the Communications Assistant for the S.C. Press Association coordinating member services, events and communications for newspaper journalists across the state. When she’s not in the office, Jennifer enjoys checking out the local food scene & events, testing new recipes, going on walks with her boyfriend and their chihuahua-mix Oscar, building her house plant collection and crafting macrame and cross stitch projects.
