USC's 2017-18 ELP Fellows named

President Harris Pastides and Vice President for Human Resources Chris Byrd are pleased to announce the twenty-three newest members of the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). Upon completion, these graduates will join a growing ELP community of over 70 members at UofSC.

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed for administrative professionals who are currently serving in a supervisory or management position, and who have the potential to hold a higher-level administrative leadership position at UofSC in the near future. Over the course of this academic year, the ELP cohort will participate in over 50 hours of targeted professional development activities to include exposure to, and insight from, thought leaders and decision makers across campus.
