Course Calendars & Registration

Courses are delivered and hosted across the university, as indicated by the course name. Click on the course title for course descriptions, modality, instructor information, pre-work and other important registration information.

Three units use the same learning registration system to track course attendance and certificate completion:

The registration system houses your training record and allows you to register for events, track registrations and courses completed, receive reminders, cancel courses and manage your training account. Your account registration will work across all three of these units.

To access the training system, you will need to register for your first course, which will prompt you to create a new account. You will only be able to create an account by registering for a course.

Click on the course title or link for the training course that you wish to attend. This will bring up a page that includes the name of the course, date, time, description and other details.

Click on the “Register Now” link that appears on the course description page. Once you click to register, it will bring you to the registration page. If you have not set up an account, please click on the sentence “[click here] to create an account and register.”

If you have already set up an account, you will need to enter your email and password to log into the system. If you used a personal email to establish your account, you may continue to use it or change it by administrative request.

Single sign on (SSO) is not currently available for the learning registration system.

Enter your information in the required fields, and submit your registration.

Once you complete these four steps, you will be registered to use the training system, and you will receive a confirmation email for your registered course.

All employees of the university are eligible to participate in training. Temporary or student employees may attend training on a space available basis. With supervisory approval, university employees may participate in training or development programs during normal work hours if the program is job related or enhances the professional development of the employee. For more information review our Training policy [pdf]

To cancel a course, login to your training account and click on the "Cancel" button; or, click on the cancellation link in your course confirmation email and then click on the "Cancel Registration" button at the bottom of the page.

Courses cannot be cancelled by phone or email.

No-shows may be billed unless cancellations are confirmed 48 hours prior to the class date.
