USC faculty, staff and retirees enrolled in the State Health Plan – Standard Plan or the Savings Plan – did you know that you may be eligible for a FREE* preventive health screening worth more than $300? In addition to saving you money, a preventive screening could even save your life by identifying health issues early.

Available for your convenience at the Thompson Student Health Center, the free screening is part of the PEBA Perks program designed to help you get and stay healthy. Your standard worksite screening will include blood work, a health risk appraisal, height and weight measurements, blood pressure check and lipid panels. Other tests may be requested for an additional fee. Refer to the Laboratory/Campus Wellness website for more information, or call the Business Office at 803-777-3174 to receive specific costs for the additional tests. Your covered spouse is also eligible for this free benefit. Other covered dependents are not eligible. 

Appointments are available 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. Monday – Friday. Please call Campus Wellness at 803-777-6518 to schedule an appointment today. The standard worksite screening takes about 15 minutes at the Thompson Student Health Center Lab!
