In conjunction with the South Carolina Public Servant Recognition Week honoring the work performed by the dedicated public servants of the State of South Carolina to include faculty and staff of the University of South Carolina, Human Resources is introducing a new program of appreciation.  This program is designed to encourage all employees to recognize and express their appreciation to their fellow co-workers throughout the year.

A quick and simple way to recognize your colleagues and peers is to send a Cocky Card to express your thanks, appreciation, congratulations or to send a birthday greeting.  The Human Resources’ web page provides five automated e-cards you can use to send a message.

Click on the Cocky Card of your choice, and if prompted, log in with your email credentials.  Fill out the required fields on the form, type your message, and send the card.  The card will go directly to your co-worker’s USC email address.

Employees are at the center of the University’s success, and in the rush of our daily lives, we sometimes forget to express our thanks and show our appreciation to our colleagues.  The simplest yet a most powerful way to recognize a colleague’s efforts is to send a Cocky Card.
