Registering for Classes

Any holds on your account must be removed before you can register for classes.

Register through my.sc.edu

You'll register for classes by signing in to my.sc.edu.

If you've never logged into my.sc.edu before, you'll need to set up your account before you can register for classes. 

 

Removing Registration Holds

You may have a registration hold on your account. To be able to register for classes, you'll need to make sure you've submitted all of your required paperwork.

Citizenship Status Verification or Immigration Documentation

Submit through my.sc.edu

Proof of SC Residency

Submit the SC Residency Certification FormStudents seeking in-state tuition must submit proof of residency, unless they have an assistantship or fellowship.

Advising and Course Selection

Talk to your program director or office to remove this kind of hold.
