The University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business building has earned LEED Platinum certification, the highest certification awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Championed by Darla Moore, for whom the school is named, the building opened in August 2014.

The university is developing a 1,200-space parking facility and meeting facility for use by fraternity and sorority members. Construction of the facility, which will be located adjacent to the Greek Village, is expected to begin in 2018, pending necessary approvals by the Board of Trustees.
