Match Day

Match Day occurs annually on the third Friday of March for every allopathic medical school in the United States. Students are informed of their residency placements at noon. The UofSC School of Medicine Greenville faculty, staff and community celebrate this occasion with graduating students and their families at our annual reception.

Class of 2021 Match Day Celebration

On March 19, UofSC School of Medicine Greenville will celebrate our M4 students and their launch into the next steps of their medical career journey during the annual Match Day. In light of COVID-19 and the desire to keep our communities safe, the M4 class has opted for a virtual celebration. As we all wish to celebrate their accomplishments, we have encouraged our students to share photos and videos of their match moments to social media.
